On December 17, 2015, the Saxon interior minister presented a criminal statistic for the month of January through September 2015 with special regard to the crimes by asylum seekers in the state of Saxony. A concrete publication of the same has not been made until now. Press and politics tried to reinterpreted the numbers in a calming fashion. A more precise look and a comparison with the criminal statistics of Saxony for the year 2015, however, is enough to confirm itself: The number of murders has doubled, the increase of brutal rapes lies at 25 percent, 17 percent more robberies and eight percent more physical injury crimes have been registered – just until September 2015 alone in an “influx” that occurred shortly before that made up hardly more than one percent of the total Saxon population.

(By Michael Bakunin)

The numbers are unsettling and confirm the worst fears: A presentation by Saxony’s state criminal bureau for the month of January to September 2015 shows that of the 45,200 “refugees” assigned to Saxony to that point, no less than 4,695 were criminals that were able to commit more than 10,400 misdemeanors (offenses due to illegal border crossing or such like “refugee-specific” acts, of course, do not show in this statistic due to the [refugee] assignment). According to the presentation, more than 10 percent of all newcomers who for the most part came only after Summer 2015 had had been delinquent several times. This number should already unleash outrage and dismay. Only a small comparison: Of Saxony’s number of inhabitants or that of the Federal Republic of Germany, no more than 2.6 percent of the population counts among the assailants within the year, and this in itself among an already considerable nationwide foreign portion of around 20 percent.

Saxon Interior Minister Markus Ulbig (CDU) a few months ago having sadly failed, said flatly: “The overwhelming majority of the immigrants in Saxony behave in accordance with the law.” Statistically speaking, this isn’t false. However, it means a difference, whether now 10 percent or 2.6 percent of a group are delinquent. Also then, if 49 percent of the population is criminal, then the considerable majority is still behaving in accordance with the law. Just this: A society that exhibits high criminal rates will soon break apart, economically and intellectually.

40 percent of the crimes are robberies, “only” eleven percent of the acts are physical injuries. How comforting. If 40 percent are robberies, then 4,160 of such crimes are being committed by asylum seekers alone; which means, in this kind of crime an increase of 16.7 percent because in the year 2014 in the Independent State of Saxony, 25,000 such crimes were committed – a remaining number among the indigenous population is to be expected for the year 2015 as well. The additional physical injury crimes of 1,144 by Saxon citizens, however, show only an increase of around eight percent (among 14,000 crimes in the year 2014).

And then: As any criminologist knows, robberies and light physical injuries themselves are initiation crimes, that means, they generally bring about a removal of inhibition for a criminal and form the intellectual-customary basis for further crimes, if not for a career of crime.

Criminal-psychological measures for prevention are not intended for the law-abiding new citizens for apparent reasons; the indigenous population who is unhappy with the crimes must be prepared – with concerted actions by the “free press,” the party oligarchy and other “societal groups” like the governmentally reinforced unions, churches and politically left-wing groups.

There is no doubt that a high readiness for the most seriously criminal acts exists among the asylum seekers. Altogether 17 fatal felonies were carried out by so-called “refugees” in the first nine months of the year 2015 in Saxony. In 2014, before the forced invasion, there were three murders in all of Saxony. Going on a bit of statistical probability of a similar number in the year 2015 and figuring in a long with this the three admitted murders by asylum seekers against asylum seekers in Saxony, this means an increase of around 100 percent, while the population has increased just a good one percent through the “immigration. It is simple mockery of the population to conceal this with the presentation that fatal felonies posed only 0.2 percent of all crimes committed by immigrants and were therefore – as Markus Ulbig consciously put in nebulous terms – “no big deal.”

Moreover, up to this point there were five confirmed cases of rape by asylum seekers just in Saxony, which in spite of all attempts could no longer be denied. In the whole year 2014, there were 105 such cases in the state, of which only 89 could be solved. Among these, 23 non-German assailants were determined, which comprises a quote of a good 25 percent of all solved cases; even more disappointing was the number of non-German assailants in the feared attack-rapes back in 2014: 21 registered cases of which 16 were solved with a total of six determined as foreign perpetrators. 37.5 percent of all verified perpetrators were “immigrants” in 2014 according to the report – among a non-German portion of the population in Sachsen, which was 2.5 percent back then! Considering a similar development for the year 2015 and adding the five rapes by “refugees” in the year 2015 (all cases were demonstrably attack rapes), the result in these felonies would be an increase of around 20 to 25 percent by the immigrated one percent.

The statistical smear campaign is taken seriously by those who brag on themselves about looking more closely at them. The FAZ quoted AfD state representative Sebastian Wipple who constantly does surveys on the criminality statistics: “Causing panic in the indigenous population with reference to rapes by asylum seekers” isn’t justifiable. “On the basis of the disclosed cases and official numbers, it cannot be said that asylum seekers would rape women even more often than the indigenous do.” Just how stupid it is that Mr. Wippel can’t read any statistics despite his many surveys and that he doesn’t know at all that the “current rapes” already are seldom committed by “indigenous individuals.”

Interior Minister Markus Ulbig considers the state of crime to be overall “governable.” The question is just how quickly the immense increase in crime will be “governed” paired with the simultaneous loss of personnel among the police and their misappropriation against political opponents and concerned citizens. His own statistic speaks a distinctively different language. We are looking at the future with great concern.
